CHALLENGE: The "My Account" page needed a massive overhaul to make it responsive.
MY ROLE: I was the UI/UX designer on the project, working with a programmer to determine how much functionality could be changed without increasing the scope, and including features requested by other departments.
PROCESS: I always start by researching and compiling examples of similar projects to see what works and what doesn't. Then I began sketching ideas on paper. Those were then fleshed out into mockups of each page for programmers to work from. Only a small selection of those are shown here.
